We have been working alongside Stokeswood Construction to bring a clients new house build project to reality.
The land in Oxted originally housed an old bungalow which was demolished and cleared away in order for the groundworks to begin.

In 2017 Hever Castle contacted us to work closely with their specialist architect FRLA in building a brand new adventure playground in-keeping with their Grade 1 heritage site.
Our role was to excavate the site, build a retaining wall and steps up to the Tudor Towers, tarmac the surfaces and add stone pathways. We sourced boulders from Wales specifically to match the dimensions on the plans and filled the playpen with high quality sand suitable for children to play in.

Steadleaze House located in Hammerwood required an impressive new driveway with better sight lines for pulling in and out of the home.
The new driveway offered great views of the church whilst driving up the 215 meter road between the trees.

“In 2018, Apsley Wall were appointed to undertake the groundwork's for the second phase of a playground that FRLA designed for Hever Castle in Kent. The works included the construction of a retaining wall, a complex set of steps, a path, the installation of over 40 boulders ranging from 1 to 7 tonnes (13 arranged in a series of steps), grading of the site, preparation of areas for planting, tarmacing and the constriction of a 450m2 sand pit.
