Standen Farm

We were commissioned to develop an old single garage into a new double eco garage with an upstairs studio and shower room. It's eco because it houses a plant room for pumps, storing water heated from the bore holes in the ground on site. A totally energy efficient way for the house to extract energy and keep warm or cool depending on the season.

Take a look through our building process from the very start with the original single garage which was demolished, to marking out the new double garage, groundworks to make new foundations, building up to the roof and the final view of the upstairs studio once decorated and the en suite shower room.
